The Her-Age Certificate of Authenticity is an official document with legal value, issued in partnership with an internationally recognized authentication authority.

What happens if an item is found to be counterfeit?
Her-Age operates a strict zero-tolerance policy on counterfeit goods. Any item that fails our authentication process will not be listed on the platform.
If an item is later identified as counterfeit after arrival, it will be withheld and handled in compliance with international regulations. Sellers attempting to submit counterfeit goods may lose access to the platform. This guarantees that every item available on Her-Age is truly authentic and certified luxury.
Are items inspected again before shipping to the buyer?
