What is your return policy?

You may request a return for any item purchased from her-age.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Please note that customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

The customers are in charge of any return costs for orders made from both EU (European Union Countries) and Non-EU (Countries outside of European Union).

In the event that you would like to return an order from outside EU, the costs of shipping, duties and taxes will be deducted from your refund, if any charges paid by Her-Age S.R.L.

Who pays the return shipping costs?

Customers are responsible for any return shipping costs.

How do I return an item?

Returning an order to Her-Age is simple and effortless.

To initiate a return, please contact us at customerservice@her-age.com, providing the reason for each item you wish to return. Upon receiving your request, we will confirm its receipt via email and open a case for your return. 

Please be aware that without initiating the return process directly with our customer service team, we will not be able to proceed with your return. Any chargeback requests made through the payment provider before returning the product to us may be refused or considered fraudulent. 

Once your return and refund request is approved, we will provide you with the return address. Kindly inform us of the carrier's name and the return tracking number for the shipment by emailing customerservice@her-age.com. Please use the original box for return shipping, ensuring the Her-Age’s product security tag is still attached and the product remains unused.

For any questions regarding shipping fees or duties, please contact your chosen carrier directly.

Please note that returns must be shipped from the same country where the order was placed and delivered..

Under what circumstances is my purchase not eligible for refund?

Once we receive your returned item, our team will thoroughly examine it to verify its eligibility for a refund. 

To qualify for a refund, every returned item must meet the following criteria:

  • The product must be returned in the same condition it was received, with all tags still attached. Items returned without the disposable seal will not be accepted.
  • The item must be returned in its original packaging, if applicable.
  • We will not accept returns for items that have been worn, are dirty, or show signs of wear not present at the time of purchase. Please take care when trying on items.

Please note that swimwear is not eligible for return due to hygiene reasons.

Returns that do not pass our quality checks will not be accepted. In such cases, you may retrieve the package at your own expense, but the order will not be refunded.

When and how the refund will be processed?

Refunds are typically processed within 5 business days of receiving the returned item at our facility. Once your return meets all criteria and is confirmed as eligible for a refund, you will receive an email notification, and your account will be updated accordingly.

You will receive your refund through the payment method used at the time of your order. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account depends on the payment method used at the time of purchase, please contact your bank or payment provider.

Will I receive a full refund for my order?

Please be aware that, effective October 2019, PayPal and credit card companies will no longer reimburse the original transaction fee. As a result, this fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. 

Please note that transaction fees (5%) will not be refunded for return orders.
