How long does delivery take?
Ready to Ship — Next Day Dispatch
Items marked as “Ready to Ship” are already available in our central warehouse and have completed all quality, authentication, sanitization, premium repackaging, and certification checks in advance.
This allows for next day dispatch, with delivery typically completed within 2–3 business days via DHL Express, depending on destination.
Once shipped, you will receive a tracking number to follow your delivery in real time.
“Ready to Ship” refers to product availability at Her-Age and is designed for fast, seamless delivery.
Standard Shipping
Items not marked as Ready to Ship are stored in one of our international partner locations. Before shipment, they are transferred to Milan for final quality control, sanitization, premium repackaging, and issuance of the Her-Age Certificate of Authenticity.
Standard Shipping requires 5–10 business days for order preparation and delivery.
Once dispatched, all orders are shipped via DHL Express with full insurance and tracking.

Deliveries are typically made Monday to Friday, between 8:00 AM and 6:00 PM, excluding national and local holidays.
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a DHL tracking link allowing you to monitor your shipment in real time and, where available, reschedule or customize your delivery preferences directly with the carrier.
