Placing an Order

When you discover a pre-loved piece you wish to make yours, simply select the item, click “Add to Cart”, and proceed to checkout.

If your order is a gift, you may include a personal note, and we will be pleased to enclose a customised Her-Age greeting card with your parcel — adding a thoughtful touch to your present.

How can I track my order?

All Her-Age orders are shipped with DHL Express. As soon as your parcel has been dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email with your DHL tracking number.

You can follow every step of your delivery in real time directly on DHL’s website here.

Can I cancel or change my order?

We understand that plans can change. If you wish to modify or cancel your order, please contact us within 3 hours of receiving your confirmation email, provided the order has not yet been processed.

Once an order has been confirmed and prepared for shipment, it can no longer be altered. However, our Customer Care Team will always do their utmost to assist you with any concerns.

Can I update or change my shipping details?

If you need to update your shipping address or delivery method, please contact us before your order has been dispatched.

Once your DHL tracking number has been issued, we can no longer make changes directly — however, you may still manage delivery preferences (such as rescheduling or redirecting your parcel) through DHL’s tracking portal.

How do I use a promotional discount code?

During checkout, enter your code in the dedicated “Discount Code / Promotion Code” field at the top right of the page.

Once applied, your discount will appear immediately and the final price will update automatically before you complete your purchase.
