Vivienne Westwood cotton top inspired from "Tied To The Mast" collection in 1998-99 runway. The lightweight cotton fabric features the iconic rope print featured in the runway in a different color. The top has the signature neckline from many of her designs and inside there is a cut-out with ribbon that can be tied to add a feminine touch and a fitted silhouette.
