Whether you choose credit card, PayPal, Klarna, Scalapay, digital wallets or bank transfer, every transaction is processed through encrypted, industry-leading payment systems to ensure maximum security, convenience and peace of mind

What payment methods do you accept?

Her-Age offers a wide range of secure and internationally trusted payment methods to make your purchase as smooth and flexible as possible.

You can pay using:

• All major Credit & Debit Cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express and other supported cards)

• PayPal, including Pay in 3 instalments and extended financing options where available

• Revolut Pay

• Satispay

• Klarna (available in eligible countries)

• Scalapay (3 or 4 interest-free instalments where available)

• Bank Transfer (available for orders paid in EUR)

All payments are processed through encrypted and PCI-compliant payment gateways to ensure the highest level of security.

Refunds for eligible returns are always issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.

How does bank transfer work?

Choosing Bank Transfer at checkout is simple, secure and ideal for customers who prefer traditional payment methods.

Here's how it works:

Instructions by email

After completing your order, you'll receive an email containing our bank details together with your order number, which should be used as the payment reference.

Reservation period

Your selected item will be reserved for up to 72 hours while awaiting payment.

To maintain the reservation, please send proof of payment to:

customerservice@her-age.com

If payment or proof of payment is not received within this period, the order may be cancelled and the item made available again.

Currency

Bank transfers must be made in Euro (EUR).

If your bank account uses another currency, please ensure your bank converts the payment into EUR before sending it.

Bank charges

Any transfer fees or intermediary bank charges are the responsibility of the customer.

Please ensure Her-Age receives the full order amount.

Order confirmation

As soon as the funds arrive in our account, we'll send a payment confirmation and immediately begin preparing your order for shipment.

Can I pay in instalments?

Yes.

Her-Age offers flexible instalment payment options through selected providers, depending on your country and eligibility.

Available options may include:

• Klarna

• Scalapay

• PayPal Pay Later

Available plans vary by country and provider and may include 3, 4, 6, 12 or 24 monthly payments.

Any financing approval is managed directly by the payment provider during checkout.

Is it safe to pay on Her-Age?

Absolutely.

Every payment on Her-Age is processed through secure, encrypted and PCI DSS-compliant payment systems.

We never store your payment card details.

Our checkout is protected using SSL encryption and trusted payment partners including Shopify Payments, PayPal, Klarna and other internationally recognised providers.

Which currencies do you accept?

Her-Age welcomes customers from around the world.

Orders can be displayed in multiple currencies depending on your location.

However, Bank Transfer payments are accepted exclusively in Euro (EUR).

If your payment account is held in another currency, your bank will automatically apply the applicable exchange rate at the time of payment.

When will my payment be confirmed?

Payment confirmation depends on the payment method selected.

• Credit Cards: immediately

• PayPal: immediately

• Klarna & Scalapay: immediately after approval

• Revolut Pay & Satispay: usually immediate

• Bank Transfer: generally within 1–3 business days after funds are received

Once payment has been successfully confirmed, you'll receive an email confirmation and your order will enter our authentication, quality control and shipping process.
