What is the selling procedure?
Selling your pre-loved luxury pieces on Her-Age is designed to be simple, secure, and rewarding. Here’s how it works:
- Create your account
Register on her-age.com to manage your listings and track your sales. - Submit your item
In the “Sell with Us” section, provide details such as brand, condition, size, and unique features. Upload clear photos to help our experts evaluate your item. Suggest a price, and we will propose a fair market value and payout amount for your approval. - Complimentary shipping
Once approved, you’ll receive a prepaid DHL label. You can drop off your parcel at a DHL service point or arrange a convenient pickup. - Authentication & quality control
Our specialists carefully authenticate and verify the item’s condition. Only after passing these checks will your piece be listed. - Your listing goes live
Once approved, your item will be published on Her-Age, reaching our global community of luxury collectors. - We handle the buyers
Our team manages all customer interactions — you simply wait for your item to sell. - Payment
After the buyer’s payment clears and the return period ends, your payout will be processed promptly. You can receive payment via wire transfer (EUR, EU-based bank accounts) or PayPal (EUR).
From which countries do you accept selling requests?
Her-Age currently accepts selling requests from all European Union (EU) member states.

Why was my product declined?
At Her-Age, every piece is carefully reviewed to maintain our standards of authenticity, quality, and curation. An item may be declined during the approval process for reasons such as:
- Brand restrictions – we may not support certain brands.
- Condition – the item may not meet our quality requirements.
- Authenticity – the item could not be verified as authentic.
- Demand & curation – the item may not align with our current selection.
If declined after the physical quality check, possible reasons include:
- The received item did not match the original submission.
- The condition differed from the photos or description.
- The item could not be authenticated after inspection.

How does pricing work?
When you submit an item for sale on Her-Age, you will be asked to provide a Suggested Price. Our team reviews your suggestion, evaluates the fair market value, and proposes a final price for your approval — always ensuring it reflects both your expectations and current market demand.
The final online price always includes:
- Your payout
- Her-Age commission
- Applicable VAT (22%)
Price Example
If an item is listed at €500 online:
- The price without VAT is about €410
- From this, your payout (after commission) could be around €300
This way, you know exactly how much you will receive once your item is sold — clear, fair, and transparent.
How should I pack my items?
Once you confirm the selling price, we will provide you with a prepaid DHL shipping label. Please place your item in a suitably sized box — ideally the original packaging if available, or a clean, secure box not larger than necessary.
From that moment on, Her-Age takes care of everything: authentication, final packaging, and delivery to its new owner. This ensures your piece arrives safely and beautifully, reflecting the standards of the Her-Age experience.
Do I have to pay for shipping when selling items?
No — when you sell with Her-Age, shipping is always complimentary. We provide you with a prepaid DHL label, so you can send your pieces to us with ease and confidence.
Is my product authenticated before being listed online?
Yes. At Her-Age, authenticity is at the core of our mission.
- Step 1 – Online review: each item is first assessed based on the photos and details you provide.
- Step 2 – Expert verification: once your piece arrives at our headquarters, it undergoes a meticulous physical inspection by our team of specialists.
If confirmed authentic, your item will be accompanied by an official Certificate of Authenticity, issued in partnership with an international expert authority legally empowered to sign and validate authenticity. This certificate provides full legal value and peace of mind for both sellers and buyers.
Only items confirmed as authentic at both stages are published on Her-Age — ensuring every piece on our platform is genuine, certified, and trusted worldwide.
What happens if my item is found to be counterfeit?
Her-Age is committed to protecting its community by ensuring that only authentic luxury items are offered on our platform.
- If an item is identified as non-authentic during the initial online review, it will simply not be accepted for sale.
- If an item initially appears authentic but is later confirmed as counterfeit upon arrival, it will not be listed, and we will follow the appropriate procedures required by international regulations.
Only pieces verified as authentic receive our official Certificate of Authenticity, legally validated by our international partner — guaranteeing trust and security for buyers and sellers alike.
Do I need to deal with buyers or negotiate prices?
No — Her-Age takes care of everything. We manage listings, customer relations, and logistics, ensuring a seamless experience. As a seller, you simply track your sales and receive your payout with complete peace of mind.
Can I request my item back after listing it?
Yes — you can request to have your item returned at any time within 120 days of its validation by Her-Age.
To do so, simply send us a written request by email at customerservice@her-age.com. Please note that return shipping costs are the seller’s responsibility: you will need to provide a prepaid shipping label from your chosen carrier and arrange collection from our headquarters.
